Progetto Rinascita Italiana is a global think tank and network, founded in 2026 by Luca Di Giacomo, which is dedicated to uniting Italians around the world who share a common vision for the future of the Italian diaspora.
At its core, the organization is about connection. It brings together conservative Italian professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders across the world to build relationships, exchange ideas, and develop real solutions to the challenges facing the Italian community and the world at large.
The project is focused on addressing key issues affecting Italy and the Italian diaspora, including demographic decline, economic growth, the protection and expansion of the Made in Italy brand, environmental sustainability, and the rise of emerging technologies and potential threats to the job market such as artificial intelligence. The project also seeks to promote the arts, education, sport, and the Italian language globally.
As part of its mission, the organization plans to host at least three events annually, with one held in South America, one in North America, and one in Italy, creating consistent opportunities for connection, dialogue, and collaboration across the global Italian community.
With a long-term vision, Progetto Rinascita Italiana seeks not only to develop solutions, but to begin implementing them in a meaningful way, with the goal of delivering measurable results by 2050.

Al centro del progetto c’è la connessione. L’organizzazione riunisce professionisti, imprenditori e leader italiani conservatori in tutto il mondo per costruire relazioni, scambiare idee e sviluppare soluzioni concrete alle sfide che riguardano la comunità italiana e il mondo nel suo complesso.
Il progetto si concentra su questioni chiave che riguardano l’Italia e la diaspora italiana, tra cui il declino demografico, la crescita economica, la tutela e l’espansione del marchio Made in Italy, la sostenibilità ambientale e l’emergere di nuove tecnologie e potenziali minacce al mercato del lavoro come l’intelligenza artificiale. Il progetto mira inoltre a promuovere le arti, l’istruzione, lo sport e la lingua italiana a livello globale.
Nell’ambito della sua missione, l’organizzazione prevede di organizzare almeno tre eventi ogni anno, con uno in Sud America, uno in Nord America e uno in Italia, creando opportunità costanti di connessione, dialogo e collaborazione tra la comunità italiana globale.
Con una visione di lungo periodo, Progetto Rinascita Italiana mira non solo a sviluppare soluzioni, ma anche ad avviarne l’implementazione in modo concreto, con l’obiettivo di raggiungere risultati misurabili entro il 2050.

Artificial Intelligence & the Future of Work
Artificial intelligence is one of the defining challenges of this generation. The project focuses on ensuring that AI is used to create jobs, expand opportunity, and strengthen the workforce, rather than replace it.
Arts, Education & Sport
Arts, education, and sport are central to identity and national strength. The project seeks to promote the arts and education as foundational pillars for cultural continuity, intellectual development, and long-term societal growth.
In sport, particular attention is given to the need for structural reform within the Italian Football Federation (FIGC). After more than a decade without Italian World Cup qualification, the project supports targeted reforms in youth development, domestic player investment, and governance to restore competitiveness.
Environmental Sustainability
Sustainability is critical for long-term prosperity. The project supports practical, forward-looking approaches that promote environmental responsibility while maintaining economic strength and growth.

Arti, Istruzione e Sport
Le arti, l’istruzione e lo sport sono centrali per l’identità e la forza nazionale. Il progetto mira a promuovere le arti e l’istruzione come pilastri fondamentali per la continuità culturale, lo sviluppo intellettuale e la crescita della società nel lungo periodo.
Nel campo sportivo, particolare attenzione è rivolta alla necessità di una riforma strutturale della Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC). Dopo oltre un decennio senza la qualificazione dell’Italia ai Mondiali, il progetto sostiene riforme mirate nello sviluppo giovanile, negli investimenti sui talenti nazionali e nella governance, al fine di ripristinare la competitività.

Our Network
President & Founder - Luca Di Giacomo, Esq.
Luca Di Giacomo is the President and Founder of Progetto Rinascita Italiana, a global think tank and network dedicated to uniting Italians worldwide and developing solutions to the challenges facing the Italian diaspora.
Born in Brooklyn and raised in Staten Island, Luca is a United States attorney admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, with a background in litigation, estate planning, and international taxation.
He has been actively involved in both the Italian and American communities for over a decade. From 2015 to 2020, he was elected to serve on the Committee of Italians Abroad (Com.It.Es.) in New York, an official advisory body to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this role, he worked to strengthen ties between Italy and the Italian-American community, supported cultural initiatives, helped expand Italian language programs, and contributed to youth engagement efforts across the tri-state area.
Luca currently serves as Chairman of the Metropolitan Republican Club, one of the oldest and most prominent Republican organizations in the United States and has been an active voice for conservative principles within both American and Italian communities. He also serves as a U.S. coordinator for the Italian political party Lega, further reinforcing his engagement with the global Italian diaspora.
Through Progetto Rinascita Italiana, Luca’s focus is on bringing together Italian conservative professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to develop and implement real solutions that strengthen the Italian community worldwide and create long-term impact.
