Progetto Rinascita Italiana is a global think tank and network, founded in 2026 by Luca Di Giacomo, which is dedicated to uniting Italians worldwide, both in the ancestral homeland and across the diaspora, around a common vision for the renewal and future of the global Italian community.
At its core, the organization is about connection. It brings together conservative Italian professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders across the world to build relationships, exchange ideas, and develop real solutions to the challenges facing the global Italian community and the world at large.
The project is focused on addressing key issues affecting Italy and the Italian diaspora, including demographic decline, economic growth, the protection and expansion of the Made in Italy brand, sustainability, and the rise of emerging technologies and potential threats to the job market such as artificial intelligence. The project also seeks to promote the arts, education, sport, and the Italian language globally.
As part of its mission, the organization plans to host at least three events annually, with one held in South America, one in North America, and one in Italy, creating consistent opportunities for connection, dialogue, and collaboration across the global Italian community.
With a long-term vision, Progetto Rinascita Italiana seeks not only to develop solutions, but to begin implementing them in a meaningful way, with the goal of delivering measurable results by 2050.

L’organizzazione riunisce professionisti, imprenditori e leader italiani conservatori in tutto il mondo per costruire relazioni, scambiare idee e sviluppare soluzioni concrete alle sfide che riguardano la comunità italiana globale e il mondo nel suo complesso.
Il progetto si concentra su questioni chiave che riguardano l’Italia e la diaspora italiana, tra cui il declino demografico, la crescita economica, la tutela e l’espansione del marchio Made in Italy, la sostenibilità e l’emergere di nuove tecnologie e potenziali minacce al mercato del lavoro come l’intelligenza artificiale. Il progetto mira inoltre a promuovere le arti, l’istruzione, lo sport e la lingua italiana a livello globale.
Nell’ambito della sua missione, l’organizzazione prevede di organizzare almeno tre eventi ogni anno, con uno in Sud America, uno in Nord America e uno in Italia, creando opportunità costanti di connessione, dialogo e collaborazione tra la comunità italiana globale.
Con una visione di lungo periodo, Progetto Rinascita Italiana mira non solo a sviluppare soluzioni, ma anche ad avviarne l’implementazione in modo concreto, con l’obiettivo di raggiungere risultati misurabili entro il 2050.

Areas of Focus
Demographic Renewal
Demographic decline presents a significant challenge for Italian communities, both in Italy and across the diaspora, where cultural continuity, economic vitality, and long-term community stability depend on generational renewal. This project is focused on addressing that challenge directly by advancing practical solutions aimed at reversing demographic decline and supporting the continued strength and presence of Italian communities worldwide. It also promotes measures that support family formation and strengthen the role of the nuclear family as a foundation of long-term stability.
Economic Growth & Opportunity
A strong and competitive economic foundation is essential for the future. The project focuses on expanding opportunity, supporting entrepreneurship, and developing strategies that allow Italian professionals and businesses to thrive globally.
Made in Italy
The Made in Italy brand represents quality, heritage, and global recognition. The project is committed to protecting and expanding its value by promoting innovation, safeguarding authenticity, and strengthening its position in international markets.
Italian Language & Global Culture
The Italian language and culture are central to the identity of the diaspora. The project supports initiatives that expand their presence globally and ensure they remain strong for future generations.
Artificial Intelligence & the Future of Work
Artificial intelligence is one of the defining challenges of this generation. The project focuses on ensuring that AI is used to create jobs, expand opportunity, and strengthen the workforce, rather than replace it.
Arts, Education & Sport
Arts, education, and sport are central to identity and national strength. The project seeks to promote the arts and education as foundational pillars for cultural continuity, intellectual development, and long-term societal growth.
In sport, particular attention is given to the need for structural reform within the Italian Football Federation (FIGC). After more than a decade without Italian World Cup qualification, the project supports targeted reforms in youth development, domestic player investment, and governance to restore competitiveness.
Sustainability
Sustainability is critical for long-term prosperity. The project supports practical, forward-looking approaches to environmental, economic, and institutional sustainability, promoting responsible development, resilient systems, and long-term growth that strengthens society as a whole.
Global Image of Italians
The project supports improving the global image of Italians by challenging outdated stereotypes, correcting distorted media portrayals, and promoting a more accurate representation of Italy and Italians. Particular attention is given to addressing stigma that reduces Italian identity to caricature, organized crime tropes, or cultural trivialization, while elevating Italy’s contributions to governance, science, industry, family, and civilization. The project supports cultural advocacy, responsible media engagement, and initiatives that strengthen the dignity and perception of Italians worldwide.
Consular Reform and Diaspora Services
The project supports reform aimed at making Italian consular services faster, more efficient, and more accessible for Italians abroad and members of the diaspora. Particular attention is given to improving AIRE registration, reducing administrative delays, expanding access to citizenship and vital records services, and strengthening institutional support for overseas Italian communities. The project recognizes the diaspora as an enduring part of the Italian community and supports practical reforms that reinforce the connection between Italians worldwide.

Il declino demografico rappresenta una sfida significativa per le comunità italiane, sia in Italia che nella diaspora, dove la continuità culturale, la vitalità economica e la stabilità a lungo termine dipendono dal ricambio generazionale. Questo progetto è orientato ad affrontare direttamente tale sfida, promuovendo soluzioni concrete volte a invertire il declino demografico e a sostenere la forza e la presenza duratura delle comunità italiane nel mondo. Promuove inoltre misure che favoriscono la formazione della famiglia e rafforzano il ruolo della famiglia nucleare come fondamento della stabilità a lungo termine.

L’intelligenza artificiale rappresenta una delle principali sfide del nostro tempo. Il progetto mira a garantire che venga utilizzata per creare nuovi posti di lavoro e ampliare le opportunità, non per sostituirli.
Arti, Istruzione e Sport
Le arti, l’istruzione e lo sport sono centrali per l’identità e la forza nazionale. Il progetto mira a promuovere le arti e l’istruzione come pilastri fondamentali per la continuità culturale, lo sviluppo intellettuale e la crescita della società nel lungo periodo.
Nel campo sportivo, particolare attenzione è rivolta alla necessità di una riforma strutturale della Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC). Dopo oltre un decennio senza la qualificazione dell’Italia ai Mondiali, il progetto sostiene riforme mirate nello sviluppo giovanile, negli investimenti sui talenti nazionali e nella governance, al fine di ripristinare la competitività.

Il progetto sostiene approcci pratici e lungimiranti alla sostenibilità ambientale, economica e istituzionale, promuovendo uno sviluppo responsabile, sistemi resilienti e una crescita di lungo periodo che rafforzi la società nel suo insieme.
Immagine Globale degli Italiani
Il progetto sostiene il miglioramento dell’immagine globale degli italiani, contrastando stereotipi superati, correggendo rappresentazioni mediatiche distorte e promuovendo una rappresentazione più accurata dell’Italia e gli Italiani. Particolare attenzione è rivolta ad affrontare lo stigma che riduce l’identità italiana a caricature, cliché legati alla criminalità organizzata o banalizzazioni culturali, valorizzando al contempo il contributo dell’Italia al governo, alla scienza, all’industria, alla famiglia e alla civiltà. Il progetto sostiene la promozione culturale, un rapporto responsabile con i media e iniziative che rafforzino la dignità e la percezione degli italiani nel mondo.
Riforma Consolare e Servizi per la Diaspora
Il progetto sostiene riforme volte a rendere i servizi consolari italiani più rapidi, più efficienti e più accessibili per gli italiani all’estero e per i membri della diaspora. Particolare attenzione è rivolta al miglioramento dell’iscrizione all’AIRE, alla riduzione dei ritardi amministrativi, all’ampliamento dell’accesso ai servizi di cittadinanza e di stato civile, e al rafforzamento del supporto istituzionale per le comunità italiane all’estero. Il progetto riconosce la diaspora come parte integrante e duratura della comunità italiana e sostiene riforme pratiche che rafforzino il legame tra gli italiani nel mondo.
Our Network
President & Founder - Luca Di Giacomo, Esq.
Luca Di Giacomo is the President and Founder of Progetto Rinascita Italiana, a global think tank and network dedicated to uniting the Italian community worldwide and developing solutions to the challenges facing the community, which includes Italians in Italy and in the Diaspora.
Born in Brooklyn and raised in Staten Island, Luca is a United States attorney admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, with a background in litigation, estate planning, and international taxation.
He has been actively involved in both the Italian and American communities for over a decade. From 2015 to 2020, he was elected to serve on the Committee of Italians Abroad (Com.It.Es.) in New York, an official advisory body to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this role, he worked to strengthen ties between Italy and the United States, supported cultural initiatives, helped expand Italian language programs, and contributed to youth engagement efforts across the tri-state area.
Luca currently serves as Chairman of the Metropolitan Republican Club, one of the oldest and most prominent Republican organizations in the United States and has been an active voice for conservative principles within both American and Italian communities. He also serves as a U.S. delegate to Lega, further reinforcing his engagement with the global Italian diaspora.
Through Progetto Rinascita Italiana, Luca’s focus is on bringing together Italian conservative professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to develop and implement real solutions that strengthen the Italian community worldwide and create long-term impact.
